Desaru Holiday Chalet was the first stopover
during my visit to Desaru. This resort starts
its operation in 1974 and was the first resort
to be opened in Desaru. It was officiated
by the third Prime Minister of Malaysia. Eventhough
the resort is 'old' the chalets here were
well maintained and still in working condition.
It is suitable for family retreat as the chalets
are quite spacious. You can park your car
next to your chalet and wash your car if you
want to. Since most of the trees planted here
has grown big, you can expect a shady cool
atmosphere. |
