Getting around on Langkawi
Public transportation on the island is mostly taxis. Limousine and self-drive car rental services however, are available at Mutiara Burau Bay.

Getting to Langkawi
Visitors can drive, take a train or fly to Langkawi. Malaysia Airlines flies to the island from most major Malaysian cities. If visitors choose to drive or take a train, they can take a ferry to Langkawi island from any of the following places: Penang, Kuala Kedah and Kuala Perlis.
